Welcome to Spero 3D! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access and use of our website, including the open-source project(Spero Autoflex) and the SaaS product (Spero Cloud App) offered here (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Spero Autoflex

Spero 3D offers an open-source project (Spero Autoflex) under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike 4.0 International license ("CC BY-NC-SA 4.0"). This license allows you to:

  • Download and Use: You can freely download and use the open-source project for your personal and non-commercial purposes.
  • Adapt and Modify: You can adapt and modify the open-source project to suit your needs.
  • Share Alike: You can share your adaptations of the open-source project, but you must share them under the same CC BY-NC-SA 4.0 license. This means you must:
    • Attribute Spero 3D as the original creator.
    • Not use the adaptations for commercial purposes.
    • Share your adaptations under the same license, allowing others to further adapt and share.

2. Non-Commercial Use

You may not use the open-source project or any of its adaptations for commercial purposes. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Selling products or services that incorporate the open-source project or its adaptations.
  • Using the open-source project or its adaptations in advertising or marketing materials.
  • Offering the open-source project or its adaptations as a standalone product or service.

3. Attribution

If you use or adapt the open-source project, you must clearly attribute Spero 3D as the original creator. You can do this by including a notice in your documentation, code, or other materials that is easily accessible to users.

4. Spero Cloud App  Product Subscription

Spero 3D also offers a SaaS product Spero Cloud App. Use of the Spero Cloud App is subject to a separate subscription agreement.

5. Disclaimer

The open-source project is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Spero 3D disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Spero 3D shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of the open-source project.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United States of America.

7. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Spero 3D regarding your use of the Services.
